Quinton Sampson and Unbiased Live Band bring funk to Fashion Showdown VIP Mixer in H-Town

HOUSTON – Sing On! (Netflix) winner Quinton Sampson and Unbiased Live Band delivered a high-energy pop-soul-funk-infused performance at the Fashion Showdown VIP Mixer at Tribeca HTX.
International model Chekesha Johnson hosted the exclusive lounge-style pre-game event for the fashion design competition. VIP guests were treated to a Dash Vodka sponsored-bar and catered food provided by Daddy’s Pot.
At the end of the two-hour mixer, Sampson performed songs from the #Heartstrings EP.
“The energy exchange between QS [Quinton Sampson] and the Unbiased Live Band was amazing,” said Melina Russell.
Sampson weaved through hits like Here Right Next to Me, Smile for Me, and Look at You.
“They rocked the house,” said Jasmine Bundrage. “As a fan, it was a dream to watch them perform it live.”
The electrifying performance lasted for around 30 minutes. Sampson used a fan favorite, Good Stuff, to close out the show.
“Good Stuff is my favorite song on the EP,” said Russell.
