Tips on turning your summer job/internship into a career
If you spent the break working on a summer job or an internship and you’re thinking about how to turn that opportunity into a full-time career handshake is sharing some tips to help organize your thoughts.
Hire a Tiger on campus job fair
If you’re looking for an on-campus job you’re in luck. There will be an on-campus job fair happening this Friday between 11a.m.-2p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Student Center. Students are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume, come dressed in business casual, review the list of participating employers, confirm if their work study eligible, and have a general idea of their course schedule.
Amazon’s career enrichment summit
Amazon is hosting “Represent The Future: Success is Inclusive” career enrichment summit on August 24-25. The summit is designed to uplift Black, Latin, and Native American professionals of all backgrounds and experience levels.
